2. Brown sugar ⅓ cup

4. Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon
5. Cayenne pepper ½ teaspoon
6. Egg white, room temperature 1
7. Water 1 tablespoon
8. Whole pecans 1 pound

How to cook deliciously - Cayenne Sugar Nuts

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix white sugar, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper together in a bowl.
