2. Onion, chopped - 1
3. Green bell pepper, chopped - 1
4. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
5. Worcestershire sauce - 2 tablespoons
6. Sour cream - ½ cup
7. Crushed buttery round crackers (such as Ritz®) - 1 cup
8. Condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
9. Milk - 1 cup
10. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 ½ cups

1. Stage

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Mix ground beef, onion, bell pepper, 1 cup Cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, and crackers together in a bowl. Place mixture on a baking dish and shape into a loaf.
