Ingredients for - Chicken Quesadillas

1. Skinless, boneless chicken breast, diced - 1 pound
2. Fajita seasoning - 1 (1.27 ounce) packet
3. Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
4. Green bell peppers, chopped - 2
5. Red bell peppers, chopped - 2
6. Onion, chopped - 1
7. Flour tortillas - 10 (10 inch)
8. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 (8 ounce) package
9. Shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 1 (8 ounce) package
10. Bacon bits - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Chicken Quesadillas

1. Stage

Preheat the broiler. Lightly grease a baking sheet.

2. Stage

Toss chicken with fajita seasoning, then spread onto the prepared baking sheet. Place under the broiler and cook until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center, about 5 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in bell peppers, onion, and broiled chicken. Cook and stir until vegetables have softened, about 10 minutes.
