3. Mini chocolate chips - 1 cup
4. Ground nutmeg - 1 teaspoon
5. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
6. Ground ginger - 1 teaspoon
7. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
8. Confectioners' sugar - 2 cups
9. Milk, or more as needed - ¼ cup
10. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
