1. Lean ground beef - 1 ½ pounds
2. Sea salt - 2 tablespoons
3. Coarsely ground black pepper - 1 tablespoon
4. Garlic powder - 2 teaspoons
5. Dried rosemary - 1 teaspoon
6. Mustard - 1 teaspoon
7. Ground paprika - ½ teaspoon
8. Dill weed - ½ teaspoon
9. White onion, finely chopped - ½ large
10. Egg, beaten - 1
11. Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
12. Finely crushed unsalted saltine crackers - ¾ cup

1. Stage

Place ground beef into a large bowl and break into smaller pieces. Cover with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, rosemary, mustard, paprika, and dill weed; knead thoroughly. Knead in onion, egg, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix in crackers until thoroughly incorporated.
