How to cook deliciously - Chrysanthemum salad
1 . Stage
Fillet of breast is beaten into a layer of 1 - 1.5 cm. It is more convenient to do this in a bag or cling film.
2 . Stage
Lay out on a sheet. (The fillet was large, the layer was impressive). Cover with the second sheet, press down with your hand.
3 . Stage
Fry on a dry frying pan, 5 minutes on each side, at minimum heat. As always, I admire the sheets, see no juice runs outside the sheet, the pan stays clean and dry.

Cool completely, again this can be done on a sheet.

Wash the pear, remove the seed pods. Slice into thin slices. Place in a dish. Drizzle with lemon juice.

Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, mustard, and lemon juice.
7 . Stage
Cut the onions in half rings and divide them. If you have regular onions, marinate them in mild vinegar. Place half of it on top of the pear.
8 . Stage
Cut the breast into thin, long strips.
9 . Stage
Arrange the breast strips on top of the pear. Top with onions again.
10 . Stage
Pour the dressing.
11 . Stage
You can serve.
