How to cook deliciously - Cranberry mustard
1. Stage
Pour the cranberries into a small saucepan.

Add sugar.
3. Stage
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar has completely dissolved and most of the berries are bursting. If you like, you can rub the finished berries through a sieve to get rid of the skins.
4. Stage
To the warm berry mixture, add both types of mustard (I have a spicy mustard with chili peppers as well). The amount of mustard can be varied slightly to one side or the other.
5. Stage
Stir thoroughly and put in the refrigerator. It will keep for ten days for sure, I have not checked longer.
