Ingredients for - Creamy Dill Dip II

1. Cream cheese, at room temperature - 1 (8 ounce) package
2. Sour cream - 1 cup
3. Finely chopped green onions - 2 tablespoons
4. Salt - ½ teaspoon
5. Chopped fresh dill weed - 2 tablespoons
6. Minced garlic (Optional) - ½ teaspoon
7. Milk (Optional) - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Creamy Dill Dip II

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese and sour cream with an electric mixer until smooth. Mix in green onions, salt, dill and garlic. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to blend flavors. If the dip is too thick after chilling, stir in milk 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
