Ingredients for - Crispy Southwest Salad

1. Quart-size canning jar - 1
2. Farmland® Thick Cut Bacon - 6 slices
3. Farmland® Cubed Ham - 1 package
4. Red peppers, roasted, sliced - ½ cup
5. Corn - ½ cup
6. Cherry tomatoes, halved - 8
7. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded - 1 ounce
8. Mixed salad greens - 2 cups
9. Crispy tortilla strips - ¼ cup
10. Salsa - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Crispy Southwest Salad

1. Stage

Cook bacon in skillet then crumble on paper towel.

2. Stage

Heat oven to 425 degrees F.

3. Stage

Spread Farmland Cubed Ham, red peppers and corn on parchment-lined baking tray.

4. Stage

Bake for 10 minutes, tossing half way through.

5. Stage

Layer roasted corn in the bottom of the mason jar.

6. Stage

Top corn layer with halved cherry tomatoes.

Layer cubed ham over tomatoes. Add roasted red peppers, shredded cheese, and mixed greens.

Top with chopped Farmland Thick Cut Bacon and crispy tortilla strips.
