5. Frozen yellow corn kernels - 1 cup
6. Chopped red bell pepper - 1 cup
7. Chopped poblano pepper - 1 cup
8. Chili powder - 1 tablespoon
9. Cumin - 1 tablespoon
10. Garlic cloves, crushed - 4
11. Shredded reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese - 1 cup
12. Jalapeno pepper slices (Optional) - ¼ cup
