3. Liquid smoke - 2 tablespoons
4. Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
5. Salt - 2 teaspoons
6. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
7. Meat tenderizer - 1 teaspoon
8. Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
9. Onion Powder - 1 teaspoon
10. Ground paprika - 1 teaspoon
11. Beef round steak, cut into thin strips - 2 pounds
