1. Reynolds® Slow Cooker Liner 1
2. Dark German beer 1 (12 fluid ounce) bottle
3. Thinly sliced onions 1 cup
4. Maple syrup 1 tablespoon
5. White vinegar 1 tablespoon
6. Caraway seeds ½ teaspoon
7. Dried thyme, crushed ½ teaspoon
8. Worcestershire sauce ½ teaspoon
9. Uncooked bratwurst links 6
10. Hoagie buns, split and toasted 6
11. Shredded Cheddar cheese 1 ½ cups
12. Shredded lettuce (Optional) 1 ½ cups

How to cook deliciously - Easy Beer Bratwurst

1 . Stage

Line a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker with a Reynolds® Slow Cooker Liner.

2 . Stage

Add beer, onions, maple syrup, vinegar, caraway seeds, thyme, and Worcestershire sauce to the prepared slow cooker. Stir gently with a rubber spatula to combine. Place bratwurst on top of the mixture in cooker.

3 . Stage

Cover and cook for 4 hours on high or for 8 hours on low.

Serve bratwursts and onions in toasted buns topped with cheese and lettuce, if desired.
