4. Crumbled queso fresco ½ cup
5. Mexican crema, crema fresca ¼ cup
6. White onion, sliced ¼
7. Chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste (Optional) 2 tablespoons

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
