3. Mixed herbs - 1 teaspoon
4. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
5. Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
6. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
7. Heavy whipping cream - ½ cup
8. Ghee (clarified butter) - 1 tablespoon
9. Ground nutmeg - 1 pinch
10. Grated Parmesan cheese - 3 tablespoons

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Arrange cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt, mixed herbs, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil; toss until well coated.
