3. Fresh spinach - 1 cup
4. Arugula - ½ cup
5. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
6. Eggs, beaten - 4
7. Shredded Cheddar cheese - ½ cup
8. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ½ cup

1. Stage

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Saute chard, spinach, and arugula until tender, about 3 minutes. Add garlic; cook and stir until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
