2. Red bell peppers, julienned 2
3. Garlic, minced 3 cloves
4. Cayenne pepper ¾ teaspoon
5. Reduced fat sour cream 1 cup
6. Chicken broth ¾ cup
7. Grated Parmesan cheese ¾ cup
8. Salt and pepper, to taste ¾ cup

1 . Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

Meanwhile, spray cooking oil in a large skillet and sauté red bell peppers, garlic, and cayenne pepper over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
