3. Peeled, diced jicama - 1 cup
4. Diced red bell pepper - ½ cup
5. Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped - 1 cup
6. Lime, juiced and zested - 1
7. Cayenne pepper, or to taste - 2 tablespoons
8. Ground black pepper - 1 tablespoon
9. Salt, or to taste - 2 tablespoons
10. Tilapia - 6 (4 ounce) fillets
11. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
12. Corn tortillas, warmed - 12
13. Sour cream, or to taste - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Fiery Fish Tacos with Crunchy Corn Salsa

1. Stage

Preheat grill for high heat.

In a medium bowl, mix together corn, red onion, jicama, red bell pepper, and cilantro. Stir in lime juice and zest.
