6. Chicken broth - 1 ¾ cups
7. Ground mustard - 1 teaspoon
8. Half-and-half cream - 2 cups
9. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 3 cups
10. Flour - ¼ cup
11. Cornstarch - ¼ cup
12. Water - ¼ cup
13. Salt and pepper to taste - ¼ cup
