1. Roma tomatoes, drained - 1 (28 ounce) can
2. Roma tomatoes, quartered - 4 small
3. Chopped white onion - 1 cup
4. Garlic, smashed - 1 clove
5. Fresh cilantro, stems removed - 1 small bunch
6. Serrano pepper, seeded and chopped - 1
7. Jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped - 1 medium
8. Freshly squeezed lime juice - 1 tablespoon
9. Kosher salt - 1 ½ teaspoons
10. Ground cumin - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Fresh Restaurant-Style Salsa

1. Stage

Combine canned and fresh tomatoes, onion, and garlic in a food processor; pulse 5 times to chop. Add cilantro, serrano and jalapeno peppers, lime juice, salt, and cumin and process for 10 seconds. Pulse further to desired consistency. Check and adjust seasoning as desired.
