1. Salmon, drained and flaked - 2 (5 ounce) cans
2. Panko bread crumbs - ½ cup
3. Green bell pepper, diced - ¼ cup
4. Green onions, diced - ¼ cup
5. Eggs - 2 large
6. Finely minced fresh ginger - 2 teaspoons
7. Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
8. Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
9. Five-spice powder - 1 teaspoon
10. Sesame oil, or as needed - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Ginger Soy Salmon Patties

1. Stage

Mix salmon, panko, bell pepper, green onions, eggs, ginger, soy sauce, sesame seeds, and five-spice powder together in a bowl. Form mixture into patties.

2. Stage

Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat until it bubbles around the tip of a spoon when dipped in. Working in batches, cook patties in the hot skillet until browned, 4 to 5 minutes. Flip and brown on the other side, 4 to 5 more minutes. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
