6. All-purpose flour - 2 ½ cups
7. Cocoa powder - ¼ cup
8. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
9. Salt - ½ teaspoon
10. Vegan white chocolate chips - ⅔ cup

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
