1. French-cut green beans, drained - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
2. Corn, drained - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
3. Cream of celery soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
4. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
5. Sour cream - ½ cup
6. Diced celery (Optional) - ½ cup
7. Onion, chopped (Optional) - ½ cup
8. Buttery round crackers (such as Ritz®), finely crushed - 1 sleeve
9. Butter, melted - ¼ cup
10. Slivered almonds (Optional) - 7 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Green Bean and Corn Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Combine green beans, corn, soup, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, celery, and onion in a bowl; mix thoroughly. Pour vegetable mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish and spread evenly.

Combine crackers and melted butter in a small bowl. Mix well, coating crackers with butter. Pour over vegetable mixture in the baking dish and spread evenly without stirring. Sprinkle almonds on top.
