1. 1/2 cup water -
2. 1/2 cup soy sauce -
3. 2 tablespoons brown sugar -
4. 2 tablespoons lemon juice -
5. 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar -
6. 2 tablespoons canola oil -
7. 1 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning -
8. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder -
9. 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce -
10. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -
11. 4 beef T-bone steaks (1-inch thick and 3/4 pound each) -

How to cook deliciously - Grilled T-Bone Steaks

1. Stage

In a shallow dish, combine the first 10 ingredients. Add steaks and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

2. Stage

Drain and discard marinade. Grill steaks, covered, over medium heat for 8-12 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°).
