1. Crusty bread - 2 slices
2. Garlic, halved - 1 clove
3. Feta cheese, sliced - 3 ounces
4. Heirloom tomato, sliced - 1 large
5. Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
6. Flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon
7. Extra-virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Heirloom Tomato Toast with Feta

1. Stage

Toast the bread until golden brown. Remove from toaster and rub each slice with 1/2 a clove of garlic, rubbing cut-side down.

Top each slice of toast evenly with the feta cheese, tomato, oregano, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
