Ingredients for - Italian Deli Pasta Salad

1. Rotini or fusili pasta - 1 (16 ounce) package
2. Cherry tomatoes, halved - 2 cups
3. Provolone cheese, cubed - 8 ounces
4. Genoa salami, chopped - 4 ounces
5. Sliced pepperoni, cut into bite-sized pieces - 4 ounces
6. Hot capacola sausage, roughly chopped - 4 ounces
7. Red onion, minced - 1 medium
8. Black olives, drained - 1 (8 ounce) can
9. Giardiniera - ½ cup
10. Grated Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup
11. Italian salad dressing, or as needed - 1 (16 ounce) bottle

How to cook deliciously - Italian Deli Pasta Salad

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook rotini at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

2. Stage

Combine pasta, tomatoes, provolone cheese, salami, pepperoni, capicola, onion, olives, giardiniera, Parmesan cheese, and 1/2 of the Italian Dressing in a large bowl. Stir to combine and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

3. Stage

Before serving, add some or all of the remaining dressing.
