1. Ground lamb - 1 pound
2. Garlic powder - 1 tablespoon
3. 4-inch sprig rosemary, chopped - 1
4. Thyme, chopped - 4 sprigs
5. Salt - 1 pinch
6. Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
7. Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
8. Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
9. Hamburger buns, split and toasted - 4
10. Tomato - 4 thick slices
11. Baby mixed salad greens - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Lamb Burgers

1. Stage

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

Place patties on the preheated grill and cook until firm and slightly pink in the center, about 5 minutes per side.
