1. 2-1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs -
2. 4 garlic cloves, minced -
3. 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley -
4. 6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese -
5. 1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme -
6. 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest -
7. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
8. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -
9. 6 tablespoons butter, melted, divided -
10. 1 salmon fillet (3 to 4 pounds) -
11. Lemon wedges, optional -

How to cook deliciously - Lemon Herbed Salmon

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, Parmesan cheese, thyme, lemon zest, salt and pepper; mix well. Add 4 tablespoons butter and toss lightly to coat.

2. Stage

Pat salmon dry. Place skin side down in a greased baking dish. Brush with remaining 2 tablespoons butter; cover with crumb mixture. Bake until salmon just begins to flake easily with a fork, 20-25 minutes. If desired, serve with lemon wedges and top with additional fresh thyme.
