How to cook deliciously - Lemon Herbed Salmon
1. Stage
Preheat oven to 350°. In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, Parmesan cheese, thyme, lemon zest, salt and pepper; mix well. Add 4 tablespoons butter and toss lightly to coat.

Pat salmon dry. Place skin side down in a greased baking dish. Brush with remaining 2 tablespoons butter; cover with crumb mixture. Bake until salmon just begins to flake easily with a fork, 20-25 minutes. If desired, serve with lemon wedges and top with additional fresh thyme.
