Ingredients for - Light Fruit and Nut Granola

1. Rolled oats 2 cups
2. Spelt flour ½ cup
3. Packed brown sugar ½ cup
4. Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon
5. Ground ginger ¾ teaspoon
6. Canola oil 3 tablespoons
7. Applesauce ¼ cup
8. Maple syrup 3 tablespoons
9. Diced dried apricots ¼ cup
10. Chopped pecans ¼ cup
11. Flax seeds, ground 3 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Light Fruit and Nut Granola

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2 . Stage

Toss the rolled oats, spelt flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, canola oil, applesauce, maple syrup, dried apricots, pecans and ground flax seed together in a bowl, and mix well. Spread the granola mixture on the lined baking sheet.

3 . Stage

Bake for 20 minutes, stir the granola, then bake for another 15 minutes until dry. Cool completely before serving.
