2. Fresh cilantro - 1 bunch
3. Fresh mint leaves - 1 ½ cups
4. Green chile pepper - 1
5. Tamarind juice or lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
6. Salt - ½ teaspoon
7. Water, or as needed - ¼ cup

Combine onion, cilantro, mint, chile pepper, tamarind juice, and salt in a food processor. Process to a fine paste, adding enough water to achieve a thick sauce.
