How to cook deliciously - Mosaic Bread
1. Stage
We add sugar, yeast and a spoonful of flour to the warm milk and leave it for 15-20 minutes to activate the yeast. You can knead the dough in the oven.
2. Stage
Sift the flour and mix with salt. Pour into it the starter, the oil and add the vanillin (I have it diluted with vodka).
3. Stage
Knead the dough and divide it into 4 equal parts. I have 250 grams each. You can make do with three colors.

In one part we add the cocoa. Cover the rest with a towel.
5. Stage
Mix until homogeneous.
6. Stage
In the second part, add 2-3 drops of dye.
7. Stage
Knead again.
8. Stage
The same way we paint the third part.
9. Stage
The fourth part remains uncolored. Leave the dough to rest for about 20 minutes.
10. Stage
We divide each color into 4 parts - I have about 30, 50, 70 and 100 grams.

Determine the order of the mosaic.

Work with vertical rows. Roll out a large ball into a sausage.
13. Stage
Pinch the edges to form a bagel.
14. Stage
Do the same with the second and third balls, leave the fourth.
15. Stage
Roll out a big bagel a little bit.
16. Stage
Then the second one and put it into the first one.
17. Stage
Do the same with the third one, roll a little bit in the middle and assemble everything into a pancake. You can also roll it out a little bit so that the rings join together.
18. Stage
Place the loaf in a greased mold. In the original recipe, the bread was baked in a special mold and was smaller in diameter and higher. I don't have such a mold ( ( I had to use it for a pie.
19. Stage
So form four tortillas and stack them on top of each other. Give them a good distance. I left it for 2 hours.
20. Stage
When the bread has risen, brush it with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).
21. Stage
Send to bake at 180 g for 40-50 minutes. Be guided by your oven. Take out the finished bread and let it rest on a rack.
