1. Ground turkey - 3 pounds
2. Finely chopped onion - 1 cup
3. Garlic cloves, minced - 4
4. Egg - 1
5. Italian-style bread crumbs - 1 cup
6. Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese - ½ cup
7. Chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley - ½ cup
8. Prepared pesto - ¼ cup
9. Milk - ¼ cup
10. Salt - 1 tablespoon
11. Fresh ground black pepper - 2 teaspoons
12. Fresh mozzarella, cut into small cubes - 1 pound
13. Extra-virgin olive oil - 3 tablespoons
14. Marinara sauce - 2 (24 ounce) jars

How to cook deliciously - Mozzarella-Stuffed Pesto Turkey Meatballs

Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Place the ground turkey, onion, garlic, egg, bread crumbs, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, parsley, pesto, milk, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
