Ingredients for - Pasta Carbonara I

1. Bacon, cut into small pieces - ½ pound
2. Eggs, room temperature - 4
3. Heavy cream at room temperature - ¼ cup
4. Grated Parmesan cheese - 1 cup
5. Dry fettuccine pasta - 16 ounces
6. Butter, softened - ¼ cup
7. Chopped parsley - ¼ cup
8. Ground black pepper to taste - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Pasta Carbonara I

1. Stage

Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels.

2. Stage

In medium bowl beat together eggs and cream just until blended. Stir in cheese and set aside.

3. Stage

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to pan. Toss with butter until it is melted. Add bacon and cheese mixture and toss gently until mixed.
