Ingredients for - Pecan Pie VII

1. Deep dish pie crust - 1 (9 inch)
2. Light brown sugar - 2 cups
3. All-purpose flour - 1 tablespoon
4. Melted margarine - ½ cup
5. Evaporated milk - 1 cup
6. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
7. Eggs - 3
8. Chopped pecans - 1 cup
9. Pecan halves - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Pecan Pie VII

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C.)

2. Stage

In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, margarine, milk, vanilla and eggs. Blend until smooth. Stir in chopped pecans. Pour into pie crust. Place whole pecan meats gently on top in decorative manner.

3. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown and filling is set.
