1. Milk - 1 quart
2. Uncooked white rice - 2 ¼ cups
3. Maple syrup - ⅓ cup
4. Grated lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
5. Pecan halves - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Pecan Rice Pudding

1. Stage

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring rice and milk to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 25 minutes. Stir in maple syrup, lemon zest and pecans. Pour into serving dishes and chill until set.
