Ingredients for - Pork Cabbage Cups

1. Cabbage - 1 medium head
2. Ground pork - 2 pounds
3. Yellow onion, diced - 1 large
4. Mushrooms, sliced - 8 ounces
5. Minced garlic - 1 tablespoon
6. Finely grated fresh ginger - 1 tablespoon
7. Soy sauce - ¼ cup
8. Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
9. Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
10. Green onions, chopped - 2 medium

How to cook deliciously - Pork Cabbage Cups

1. Stage

Remove any damaged cabbage leaves from head. Set aside 6 larger leaves to use for serving. Dice remaining cabbage head and set aside.

2. Stage

Brown ground pork in a large skillet over medium-high heat, about 5 minutes. Add diced cabbage, onion, mushrooms, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and reduce heat to medium. Continue to cook and stir until onion has softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Stage

Season with soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil. Stir to combine and allow flavors to meld, 1 to 2 minutes.

4. Stage

Set out cabbage leaves and fill with pork mixture. Garnish with green onions.
