Ingredients for - Pork Dumplings

1. Wonton wrappers - 100 (3.5 inch square)
2. Ground pork - 1 ¾ pounds
3. Minced fresh ginger root - 1 tablespoon
4. Garlic, minced - 4 cloves
5. Thinly sliced green onion - 2 tablespoons
6. Soy sauce - 4 tablespoons
7. Sesame oil - 3 tablespoons
8. Egg, beaten - 1
9. Finely shredded Chinese cabbage - 5 cups

1. Stage

Place 1 heaping teaspoon of pork filling onto each wonton skin. Moisten edges with water and fold edges over to form a triangle shape. Roll edges slightly to seal in filling.
