1. 3/4 cup canola oil -
2. 1/2 cup white vinegar -
3. 1/4 cup honey -
4. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
5. 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard -
6. 8 cups shredded red cabbage -

How to cook deliciously - Red Cabbage Slaw

1. Stage

In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the canola oil, white vinegar, honey, salt and ground mustard. Shake well. Editor's Tip: You can make the dressing up to a week in advance. Store it in the jar in the refrigerator, and give it a good shake just before using.

2. Stage

Place the cabbage in a large bowl. Add the dressing, and toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving.
