How to cook deliciously - Salad roll New Year's Salute

1. Stage

Pour oil in a hot frying pan. Put washed and dried chicken liver in one layer. Fry on high heat so that the liver browns, turn over, salt to taste, cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Let the liver cool.
