1. Cream cheese, softened - 1 (8 ounce) package
2. Finely chopped onion - 1 tablespoon
3. Prepared horseradish - 1 teaspoon
4. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
5. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
6. Salmon, drained and flaked - 1 (16 ounce) can
7. Chopped parsley - 1 bunch

How to cook deliciously - Salmon Ball

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix cream cheese, onion, horseradish, salt and lemon juice. Mix in the salmon, distributing it evenly throughout. Form mixture into a ball and roll in the parsley. Wrap in plastic and chill in the refrigerator until serving.
