1. Fresh Chinese egg noodles 1 pound
2. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
3. Chopped onion ⅓ cup
4. Garlic, chopped 1 clove
5. Broccoli florets ¾ cup
6. Chopped red bell pepper ½ cup
7. Cooked shrimp 2 cups
8. Sliced water chestnuts, drained ½ cup
9. Baby corn, drained ½ cup
10. Canned sliced bamboo shoots, drained ½ cup
11. Oyster sauce 3 tablespoons
12. Red pepper flakes, or to taste 1 tablespoon

1 . Stage

Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat; stir in noodles and return to a boil. Cook until pasta floats to the top, about 1 to 2 minutes; drain.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; cook and stir onion and garlic for about 1 minute. Add broccoli and bell pepper; cook and stir until just tender, about 3 minutes.
