1. 2 bone-in center-cut pork loin chops (7 ounces each) -
2. 2 teaspoons canola oil -
3. 1 can (8-1/4 ounces) sliced peaches in extra-light syrup -
4. 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce -
5. 1/2 cup water -
6. 1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce -
7. 1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed -
8. 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme -
9. 1/8 teaspoon dried basil -
10. Dash to 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper -

How to cook deliciously - Slow-Cooked Peach Pork Chops

1. Stage

In a small skillet, brown pork chops in oil; drain. Transfer to a 1-1/2-qt. slow cooker.

Drain peaches, reserving juice. In a bowl, combine the tomato sauce, water, soy sauce, rosemary, thyme, basil, cayenne and reserved peach juice; pour over pork. Top with peaches. Cover and cook on low until pork is tender, about 5 hours.
