3. Garlic, minced, divided - 2 tablespoons
4. Shredded cooked chicken - 1 ½ pounds
5. Chili powder - 2 tablespoons
6. Ground cumin - 1 tablespoon
7. Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
8. Diced tomatoes and green chiles (such as RO*TEL®) - 2 (10 ounce) cans
9. Tomato sauce - 1 (15 ounce) can
10. Chicken broth - 1 (15 ounce) can
11. Chili beans - 1 (14 ounce) can
12. Minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce - 2 tablespoons
13. Salt - 1 teaspoon
14. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Smoky Shredded Chicken Chili

1. Stage

Heat oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Add 1/2 of the onion and 1/2 of the garlic; cook until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. Add chicken and season with chili powder, cumin, and coriander; cook and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Stir in remaining onion and garlic, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken broth, chili beans, chipotle peppers, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer until reduced and thickened, 1 to 2 hours.
