1. Cooking spray -
2. 1 1 (16.5-oz.) log refrigerated cookie dough (such as Pillsbury) -
3. 1 bar Hershey's milk chocolate, chopped -
4. 1/4 c. crushed graham crackers -
5. 3/4 c. marshmallow crème -

How to cook deliciously - S'mores Cookie Cups

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease the cups of a muffin tin with cooking spray, then fill each one with a small ball of cookie dough (about a 1/2" slice of the cookie log), pressing down gently to form a well. 

2. Stage

Bake for 14 to 16 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden in the center and edges are deeply golden. Remove from oven and heat broiler.

3. Stage

Use a greased shot glass to form deep wells in the cups, then let cool 15 minutes.

4. Stage

Transfer cups to a baking sheet and fill with chocolate and graham crackers. Top with marshmallow crème and broil until toasty and golden, 2 minutes.
