1. Garlic naan bread 1 (9 inch)
2. Olive oil, divided 2 ½ tablespoons
3. Minced garlic ½ teaspoon
4. Minced fresh parsley 2 teaspoons
5. Shredded mozzarella cheese ½ cup
6. Shredded Parmesan cheese, divided 3 tablespoons
7. Baby spinach, roughly chopped 1 cup
8. Marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped ¾ cup
9. Halved and thinly sliced red onions ½ cup
10. Chopped sun-dried tomatoes 2 tablespoons
11. Salt to taste 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Spinach-Artichoke Garlic Naan Pizza

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, garlic, and minced parsley in a small bowl; brush onto the naan.

Sprinkle naan with mozzarella cheese, followed by 1 1/2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
