1. Extra virgin olive oil - ⅛ cup
2. Garlic, sliced - 7 cloves
3. Chile pepper, chopped (Optional) - 1
4. Fresh broccoli, chopped - 1 head
5. Kale, stems removed and chopped - 1 bunch
6. Sun-dried tomatoes, cut in thin strips - ¼ cup
7. Juice of 2 limes - ¼ cup
8. Salt to taste - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Stir-Fried Kale and Broccoli Florets

1. Stage

Heat olive oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add garlic and chile pepper; cook and stir for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in broccoli; cook for 1 minute. Add kale and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes. Pour in lime juice and season with salt; toss well.
