Ingredients for - Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar

1. Fresh strawberries, hulled and large berries cut in half - 16 ounces
2. Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
3. White sugar - ¼ cup
4. Freshly ground black pepper, or to taste - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar

1. Stage

Place strawberries in a large bowl. Drizzle vinegar over strawberries, then sprinkle with sugar. Stir gently to combine. Cover and let sit at room temperature for at least 1 hour but no more than 4 hours.

Grind black pepper over strawberries just before serving.
