2. Garlic powder 1 tablespoon
3. Striped bass fillets, cut into cubes, or more to taste 1 pound
4. Asian fish sauce ¼ cup
5. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
6. Honey 2 tablespoons
7. Chopped fresh oregano 1 tablespoon
8. Ouzo (anise-flavored liqueur) 2 tablespoons

1 . Stage

Whisk flour and garlic powder together in a bowl. Toss bass in the flour mixture until coated.

Whisk fish sauce, olive oil, honey, and oregano together in a bowl until smooth.
