Ingredients for - Sweet French Toast

1. Milk ¼ cup
2. Eggs 3 large
3. Maple syrup 2 ½ tablespoons
4. Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
5. Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon
6. Cornflakes cereal, crumbled ⅓ cup
7. White bread 8 slices
8. Confectioners' sugar for dusting 2 tablespoons
9. Vegetable oil, or as needed 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Sweet French Toast

1 . Stage

Whisk milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon together in a medium bowl. Add crumbled cornflakes and stir to combine.

2 . Stage

Working in batches, soak 1/2 of the bread slices in the mixture for about 2 to 3 minutes.

3 . Stage

Heat oil in a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Cook soaked bread slices in the hot skillet until dark golden brown, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Repeat to soak and cook remaining bread.

4 . Stage

Sprinkle hot French toast with confectioners' sugar. Serve immediately.
