7. Vegetable broth - 5 cups
8. Sweet potatoes, peeled and diced - 2 large
9. Carrots, sliced thin - 2 large
10. Green beans, cut into 1 inch pieces - 6 ounces
11. Garlic, minced - 5 cloves

1. Stage

Heat oil in a soup pot over medium-high heat. Sauté onion, celery, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until tender, about 5 minutes.
