Ingredients for - Taco Bake Casserole

1. Cooking spray (such as Pam®) -
2. Ground beef - 1 ½ pounds
3. Chopped onion - 1 cup
4. Water - ½ cup
5. Taco seasoning mix - 1 (1 ounce) package
6. Refried beans (Optional) - 1 (10 ounce) can
7. Sliced black olives (Optional) - 1 (6 ounce) can
8. Diced green chiles - 1 (4 ounce) can
9. Salsa - ½ cup
10. Taco shells, broken up, or more to taste - 15
11. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Taco Bake Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

Stir in water and taco seasoning; cook, stirring often, until thickened, about 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low and add refried beans, olives, green chiles, and salsa. Cook and stir until ingredients are warmed through, 3 to 4 minutes. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios
